Lakshay Sharma (pronounced Luck-Shay ShAr-Muh) is a Physiotherapy Resident in Ontario and a Licensed Physical Therapist in New York, proudly serving patients at CBI Health’s Peterborough clinics on Lansdowne St. and McDonnel St. Recently relocated from Buffalo, New York, he brings a broad range of clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiovascular rehab, post-surgical recovery, acute and chronic pain treatment, and functional strength training.
He has worked with diverse patient populations in both hospital and outpatient settings, collaborating with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to deliver evidence-based care. His approach is personalized, goal-oriented, and focused on helping people return to the activities they love—whether that’s playing golf, hiking, biking, recovering from an MVA, getting back to work, or simply moving without pain.
Outside the clinic, Lakshay enjoys working on his golf swing, biking and exploring local trails while listening to classic rock, cheering for the Buffalo Bills, and searching for the best chicken wings in town. He is committed to bringing both professional expertise and a personable, encouraging approach to every patient’s rehabilitation journey.
