Jyotika earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and went on to complete her postgraduate studies in health care through McMaster University and Mohawk College’s Institute of Health and Applied Sciences. With a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, she specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and functional movement restoration. Her certification in taping techniques enhances her ability to support patients in recovery, performance, and pain management.
Outside of her professional work, Jyotika enjoys hiking, running, and reading. She believes in leading by example by maintaining an active lifestyle and continuing her professional development to provide the best possible care for patients.
